The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for assisting RN#s in providing individualized goal directed patient care. Per diem opportunities in Medical Surgical/telemetry Unit#or Emergency Room. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a nursing assistant course to allow one to qualify for the Vermont LNA test required. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant license by date of employment required. Health Care Provider BLS certification required with 90 days of hire. Previous#nursing assistant experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age to apply due to regulations around medical equipment.#
