The RN in Employee Health/Occupational Health provides nursing based medical care and services to Employee Health and Occuapational Health patients in accordance with evidence based practice, Vermont State Board of Nursing and SVMC policies and procedures. This position includes but is not limited to management of employee health records, pre-employment clearance, vaccinations and workers compensation case monitoring, as well as providing services per contracts with Occupational Health patients such as physicals, drug testing and monitoring of specified conditions.
Graduate of an accredited RN program with BSN preferred. Vermont RN license is required at time of hire; excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with providers, staff and patients both in and outside the organization. Excellent organizational skills and computer skills a must.
