Job Summary:
Perform various revenue cycle duties as needed. Duties include but are not limited to scheduling, registration and charge entry.

Job Summary:
Perform various revenue cycle duties as needed. Duties include but are not limited to scheduling, registration and charge entry.
- Accurately enter all patient information in a secure manner to protect PHI.
- Accurately enter all patient demographic information including proper insurance into the EMR through a scheduling or registration routine
- Analyze and post accurate charges to the respective EMR in a timely manner.
- Retrieve and organize medical records, charge sheets and coding information that is sent to the Business office
- Assist in reconciling hospital/NH rounding information that is sent to the Business office
- Assist many departments in providing medical records from numerous EMR’s that are needed to complete the processing of a claim
- Perform other general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Training or courses in business office activities, computer skills, and medical terminology
