Responsibilities:

The United States Space Force (USSF) at Peterson Space Force Base is searching for a Command Manpower and Organization Analyst (NH-0343-03. GS 12/13 equivalent).

Description:

The United States Space Force is the newest service and is growing, changing, and evolving. We need people who can embrace the Guardian Ideal and adapt in a fast paced environment to deliver Manpower and Organization expertise to solve complex resource challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

This position is an Acquisition Demonstration Project NH-3 positions at HQ SpOC/S1MP. Seeking an experienced manpower and organization professional who has worked at wing and MAJCOM level or higher. Broad knowledge of all aspects of Manpower and Organization, but with some specific skills in working the Manpower Programming and Execution System and the ability to conduct manpower assessments and studies.
