What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Contents Tech position at Spangler Restoration?
Position: Responsible on the job site to assign jobs to the tech and coordinate efforts.
Specific Responsibilities may include:
- Communicate with the homeowner for any concerns or questions
- Detailed pictures of before and after
- Make sure that the job runs smoothly
- Make sure they stay within the budget
- Fills out job hour sheets
- Make sure all pictures are uploaded in iCat
- Communicate to office with any concerns from the job
- Keeping Warehouse organized and clean
- Keeping vans and trucks cleaned and orderly
- Vehicle maintenance on their assigned vehicle
- On call on weekends – rotation
Requirements:
- Stable work history
- Experience: 1 years in the moving industry, preferred.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- On call on weekends – rotation
- Must understand and comply with all company policies and procedures. This refers to safety, attendance, conduct and so forth as documented in the Employee Handbook.
