The Loyalty and Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will report to the Sr. Manager, Loyalty and Lifecycle Marketing. This role will focus on improving engagement and retention throughout a customer’s experience. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the lifecycle programs, reporting and campaign builds. The ideal candidate will have prior CRM or email marketing experience and a passion for digital marketing.
•Own and manage day-to-day lifecycle marketing activities across multiple SPARC brands including; building and coding of emails/SMS campaigns, database list selection, A/B testing, configuration and deployment of one-time and recurring dynamic and personalized campaigns.•Maintain and optimize the customer lifecycle roadmap and documentation.•Manage and update lifecycle marketing calendars, communicate campaign goals and objectives to internal and external teams, brief and traffic creative assets and route for review and approval.•Ensure all lifecycle marketing campaigns flow through a quality assurance process to ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery.•Support the success of the CRM business by providing insights on best practices, program enhancements and bringing forth new ideas.•Develop and maintain a competitor review, and keep current on new trends and industry advancements. •Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and share ideas across multiple SPARC brands.•Manage vendor relationships, participate in calls and assist in daily communications and deliverables.•Strategic thinker, who can provide thoughtful recommendations and guidance for marketing strategies, new •Initiatives and help drive operational and automation efficiencies.
•1-2 years of related experience in Loyalty, CRM or Email Marketing.•Passionate about eCommerce and digital marketing with an interest in apparel and retail.•Experience working with an ESP.•Knowledge of Bluecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive and Google Analytics a plus.•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make actionable recommendations.•Project management skills, highly organized, collaborative, can work in a team environment and eager to learn and grow professionally and personally.•Must be able to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.•Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record.
