We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Promotions Assistant to join our growing team. The Customer Promotions Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and executing promotional events to drive traffic and sales in store. They work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness, generate interest in our clients products/services, and build a positive image of the brand in the minds of potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute promotional events that align with our clients marketing strategy and goals
- Manage event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service during events to drive sales and build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create event concepts, themes, and messaging
- Plan and coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, vendor management, and budget tracking
- Track and analyze event performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain event supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that all items are in good working condition and stocked for upcoming events
- Assist with general duties and customer service as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or marketing
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work collaboratively with colleagues
