Sparkle Power Inc. (SPI), founded in 1993, is one of the largest leading switching power supply manufacturers in the world. Located conveniently in both Fremont and City of Industry, California, we provide our customers with engineering and technical support as well as just-in-time delivery for power supply needs from our local warehouses.

We are looking for Power Supply Engineer to join our team. SPI offers competitive salary, health insurance and Performance Incentive Program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Modify existing designs for improvements
  • Collaboration with manufacturing engineers to transition concepts to production
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions
  • Escalate priority issues and report to the correspondent team and management
  • Provide training and technical direction to other groups in the company
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Familiar with electronic circuits and power supply
  • Good verbal/written communication skills and strong problem solving skill
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Self-motivated and have a positive altitude; willingness to learn and improve
  • All experience levels are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
