- Ensure files are kept current and organized
- Set up new items
- Ensure system is updated with new publication review
- Run weekly reports
- Support in various projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3 years Administrative Assistant or relevant support experience
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to see processes through to completion
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills a must, especially Excel and Outlook
