Responsibilities:
- Analyze input/output requirements, information flow, hardware/software requirements, kernel settings, etc.
- Provide input on technical feasibility and estimates on proposed solutions
- Collaborate with 3rd party software providers to define and implement software components
- Develop/maintain technical documentation; prepare and give presentation to customers
- Write system documentation and operating procedures when needed
- Provide technical assistance to colleagues and assist in resolving problems
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Tech skills: OO programming techniques, design patterns, Java techniques-JDK, debuggers, profiles
- OS: Linux (RedHat)
- Network protocols: TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, 1-way TLS, 2-way TLS
- Security technologies: PKI, HMAC, AES, digest algorithms, hardware tokens
- OpenAPI specification: REST API, Oauth2 framework
- Software development environment and tools: Bitbucket, Integrated Development Environment (Eclipse, IntelliJ), Maven, Git
- Cloud experience: AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure, CI/CD development lifecycle
