Responsibilities:
- Provide installation, integration, and configuration resources to address the customers' requirements
- Facilitate all efforts to deploy the product in alignment with government security policies and best practices
- Manage/support the maintenance of the product internally
- Ensure platform is on the cutting edge of technology
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify/manage any deviations to achieve the team's goals
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of related professional experience
- Experience in infrastructure engineering, virtual/physical networking, scripting/automation, software development, cloud technologies, and security including certificates and encryption
- Design/implementation of MDT, SCCM, or Intune/Autopilot or 2 years' experience administrating/troubleshooting each
- 2 years' experience issuing and managing PKI/Certificate infrastructure or Security (or higher) including design and implementation of Active Directory Certificate Services
- Understanding of dual boot capabilities
- Expert-level experience developing Windows 10 gold images
- Work Status: due to government requirement, only US Citizens will be considered for this role
- COVID-19 vaccine: must be fully vaccinated
