Salary Range:
$25.34 - $44.33

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Control Specialist, Associate to join our team in Memphis, TN!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting the Senior Project Controls Specialist in managing cost and schedule controls on numerous construction projects at Memphis International Airport.
- Assisting with preparation of internal Parsons and MSCAA reporting requirements.
- Evaluate Designer- and/or Owner-directed scope revisions and necessity, evaluate alternatives, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Assist with evaluating Contractor-initiated proposals, schedule impacts and reasonableness of time extension requests, and assist with making recommendations to the Owner.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports documenting project progress, preparation of project meeting agendas, and finalizing meeting minutes.
- Preparing cost and schedule analysis, making recommendations, and preparing agenda items for monthly Board meetings.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Typically 3 years of related work experience.
- Primavera and/or Microsoft Project scheduling experience.
- Experience with Procore or other equivalent project management software set-up and operation.
- Construction project cost control experience and successful record of achievement.
