Corporate Controller
Sparta Networking is currently seeking an experienced Controller for our client, an established company that is expanding operations in the US. You will be working with a skilled and diverse team while overseeing all aspects of financial management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
Duties:
Oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial guidance and support to department heads and senior management.
Manage and mentor the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting systems, processes, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Stay current with industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes, and implement best practices within the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
