Mission:
The mission of Regional Manager is to continue building out our operational processes and to drive the property performance of the Southeast Portfolio to achieve increased revenue month over month. With a focus on the financials and budgets, the Regional Manager will set the performance expectations and assure the FreeUp Property Management team is accountable, trained and engaged.
This person should be prepared to be traveling 50% of the time as this is a growing portfolio, currently at 22 and about 31 projected in the upcoming months. Properties are located in Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. 16 of the properties are in Georgia.

Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be tactful and articulate in stressful situation or with a variety of people from all backgrounds.
Business Acumen – General marketing knowledge and ability to ensure brand guidelines. Strong understanding of business revenue goals; ability to read a P&L and manage a budget.
Curiosity – Research and be up to date on the market trends and forecast. Dive deep into company systems and metrics to solve issues and identify new systems and processes.
Initiative – Has a bias for action and is not afraid to be the first to speak up or take a fresh approach to something. Appreciates the trust and autonomy that comes with a macro-managed environment.
Organization – Able to handle a variety of task while still practicing good time management and communication to deliver assigned projects or important project milestones on time. Tend to multiple problems at once.
Customer Service – Treats internal and external stakeholders alike as a customer and has a service mindset. Seeks to identify solutions and addresses conflict in a tactful and empathetic way.
Leadership – Gain buy-in from a geographically diverse group. Ability to motivate others and help them succeed. Has a mentorship approach to learning and training development.
Qualifications:
*Being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 is a requirement for all Spartan Employees within 30 days of starting employment.
Compensation and Benefits: Salaried position ranging from $85,000 - $100,000 with potential for profit sharing.
