Position Summary: This position is responsible for the production of donuts, including mixing cake donut mix and yeast donut mixes, sheeting the dough, cutting, proofing, frying and finishing the donuts, as well as helping in clean up jobs. Works independently to bake, fry, package, display and stock products; to ensure that the overnight shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.

The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and will bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures) and is exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
