Project Overview:
This is a large-scale IT modernization effort implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate UX & UI requirements in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and developers
- Compile and analyze research, create user flows, wireframe solutions, mockup UIs and design experiences
- Participate in transforming high-level product roadmap initiatives into robust features that fully serve the needs of our customers
- Produces high-quality UX design solutions through journey maps, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Speak with product users to find paint points in the product
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced UX/CX individual industry/field experience.
- Proven experience solving complex communication problems and designing world-class experiences for large-scale programs.

- 3 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Proficiency with wireframe and visual design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team setting.
This is 100% remote position and anyone in the United States who obtain Public Trust Clearance can apply for this role.
Education/Experience:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
This work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
