Position- Direct Store Support- MIT Manager In Training
Location: Spec’s Wichita Falls 4319 Kemp Blvd
Pay: $15 to $17 p/h based on experience
We are currently seeking Manager In Training Team Member Candidates to join our successful team as 3rd Key -Second Assistant Leads. The ideal candidate for this position must have management experience as well as extensive liquor, sprits, beer, wine and humidor knowledge and passion.
Requirements: Looking for individuals that are Smiley, Friendly, and Helpful! At least 21 yrs old, TABC Certification, Mobility within 20 miles required, Management or industry experience required. Open Availability to work all shifts including Saturdays and Holidays. We prefer that you have 1-2 years of supervisor or relevant role, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments. You should also be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. We expect you to be able to create scheduling and delegating tasks, plan meetings, share and configuring calendars electronically.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining stocked and organized shelves and displays, ordering product, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, being able to effectively communicate product information to customers, maintain labor hours and costs as well as other duties assigned by the DM. They must be able to effectively conduct business with customers and manage their team effectively and professionally.
Summary: The individuals selected for this position are responsible for monitor and supervise a team’s efficiency and ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Knows and actively demonstrates daily our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values
2. Monitor employee productivity and performance expectations
3. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
4.. Maintain and teach organization skills
5. Responsible for inventory integrity
6. Ensure product replenishment for daily volume needs
7. Partner with upper management for employee coaching and training
8. Create a weekly or by-weekly schedule for employees.
9. Monitor and supervise employee's attendance and punctuality
10. Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team.
11. Ensures a clean workplace
12. Working in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA
13. Possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day
14. Attendance and Timeliness is required. This is not a job you can do from home.
