```Job Summary```

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Teaching Assistant/Climate Manager to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant/Climate Manager, you will work closely with the lead teacher to support the educational and developmental needs of our students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in childhood development and education.

```Duties```

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum

- Provide individualized attention and support to students

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Assist with behavior management and classroom discipline

- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress

- Support students with special needs or disabilities

- Help with classroom organization and maintenance

- Assist with supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience working with children in a classroom

- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues

- Familiarity with behavior management techniques

- Knowledge of curriculum development is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
