As a Special School District (SSD) early childhood special education instructional facilitator, you are a critical lever in improving student achievement. You will promote reflective practices, provide targeted guidance, and facilitate collaborative teaching and planning, and actively enhance teacher proficiency and comprehension of instructional methodologies. Serving as a model of continuous improvement and lifelong learning, your expertise in delivering high-quality instruction to young learners will ensure all students excel to their greatest potential.

SSD provides facilitators with generous salaries and benefit packages that acknowledge their expertise and educational attainment. They work during school hours, 7.5 hours daily, Monday through Friday at our Central Office, 12110 Clayton Road, Town & Country, MO 63131. Occasional work outside of school hours may be required.

Salary

• $46,247 to $73,697/year based on experience and education

Calendar

• 10-month school year (August to June), exact dates dependent on assigned location
