Isolani Endodontics, a state of the art Endo Practice in Mandeville, LA is looking for a FT Associate. The practice is experiencing tremendous growth and is supported by a top notch Partner, clinical and administrative team.

Our patient-centric and team focused practice has all the modern amenities to set you up for success. We are looking for a motivated team player with great communication skills, a professional with a caring chair-side manner and excellent clinical skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor.
  • Helps set tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture.
  • Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences.
  • Markets to new attain new and maintain existing referrals.
  • Administering anesthetics
  • Performing root canals and various endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies
  • Addressing traumatic dental injuries
  • Staying up to date with new trends

Qualifications

  • Surgical experience preferred
  • DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
