Responsibilities:
- Work closely within a team environment.
- Process client policy renewal continuation, endorsements, change requests, certificates, manage commercial property statements of values, negotiate with underwriters, occasional re-writes, add on, and spin offs.
- Process new business in accordance with agency workflows.
- Take ownership of client relationships, tasks and strive for excellence with regards to client retention service and working with team members.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of agency and insurance carrier partner procedures, workflows, and develop relationships with carrier underwriters.
Skills and Experience:
- Property & Casualty insurance license.
- 2-4 years insurance industry experience advising business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Organized with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and video communication (Zoom, Teams).
- Experience with Applied Epic is a plus.
- Spanish is a plus.
