Brand Experience Representative - Bentonville Experience Center
ABOUT SPECIALIZED
JOB SUMMARY
You will be a part of the Specialized Owned Retail network and add value right away as a Brand Experience Representative.
You’ll deliver riders an exceptional brand experience by providing product education via our world class bike demo experience, and through the follow up new bike ordering process.
You’ll also develop a deep understanding of how to best serve riders across our retail network by connecting them to our owned retail network through the bike demo experience.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Deliver world class rider-service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of rider satisfaction
Meeting and making a connection with riders, asking questions, and listening to riders' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs
Inspiring the rider to buy, celebrating the purchase, and creating a lasting positive impression of the specialist, Specialized, and the purchase process
Delivering transformative, inclusive, ride-focused, locally authentic, and collaborative experiences for staff and riders alike inside and out, c / o the Specialized Retail Way
Use company literature / resources and available training to stay current on product features, be an expert on our product line and industry trends
Help drive post-demo sales via Specialized.com, Company Owned Retail, and IBR’s
Help maintain the demo fleet in a clean and organized way
Assist with social media channels for the Experience Center
Assist with execution of all localized events
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Open and close the Experience Center for daily business
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
3 years experience in a customer service or sales setting
Bicycle mechanical aptitude
Be a self-starter to help deliver sale through of new products
Experience with new product activations and community engagement
