The Director also represents our agency’s mission and objectives across the broader community and maintains positive relationships within that community and beyond.
Knowledge and understanding of current state and federal rules, regulations and expectations related to our agency’s work is essential and it is the Director’s role to ensure that these are met. The Director is responsible for submitting billing, consumer financial, and payroll documentation to the Home Office for further processing; and provides documentation to the Department of Mental Health as required. In addition, the Director ensures that medications and supplies are ordered as needed. The Director is responsible for ongoing staff recruitment and development in Marshall. The Director works across the Marshall operation to ensure that consumers are protected from abuse, neglect and misuse of their funds.
