Overview:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with exposure to a construction environment, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and revenue cycle management. Duties:
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and payment application
- Ensure accuracy of financial records
- Conduct regular follow-up with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the accounting system
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

-Project invoicing which includes AIA Billing, Unit Price Billing & Time & Material Billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
