Specialty lighting Group is an innovative and fast -growing distributor of lighting products, renowned for delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled A/R Billing and Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in A/R accounting and expertise in AIA billing.
Required tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Collect outstanding payment and resolve billing related inquiries.
- Maintain and update accounts with payment information, adjustment and credits.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve billing and collection issues.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and proactively address overdue payments.
- Prepare and analyze various reports related to billing, collection and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
