What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control position at Specialty Products and Insulation?
Production Assembly 1st Shift
Role and Responsibilities and requirements:
- Assemble, sew, or trim the parts of the Thermaxx product (per CAD design) and prepare product
- Follow schedule of product ship dates as directed
- Clean work area daily (at the end of shift)
- Dispose of waste from assembling
- Follow Work schedule – Workday Hours
- Use iPod and company APP (as directed)
- Communicate any problems with jacket to QA department and have problem fixed by CAD or supervisor
- Use safety equipment provided – report injuries immediately to supervisor or manager
- Other duties that are requested by supervisor or manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Ability to read CAD drawings
- Basic Math – use a variety of measuring tools
- Communication skills
- Technology skills* –: * Use iPad with Company APPs
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
