Job Location: Somerville NJ USA

The objective would be to identify where we have excess or lack of personnel and reallocate them accordingly to enable higher productivity across the company. The scope would be North America.

Methodological Approach:

• Initial Assessment: Conduct a thorough review of existing processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity and potential improvement.
• Data Collection: Gather quantitative and qualitative data through observations, interviews, surveys, and document analysis.
• Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze collected data using statistical tools, process mapping techniques, and root cause analysis to identify patterns, trends, and underlying causes of inefficiencies.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize actionable improvement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implementation and Monitoring: Implement recommended changes in a phased approach, monitoring key metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of interventions. Continuously refine processes based on feedback and lessons learned.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document all findings, recommendations, and outcomes in detailed reports, presentations, and visual aids for communication to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Attention to detail along with strong multi-tasking skills.
• Superior communication skills, listening, verbal and writing.
• Sense of urgency in all matters.
