Title: Marketing Project Manager
Location: Rahway, NJ 07065
Duration: 12 Months
Pay rate starts from $60/hr.
***Hybrid role: Candidate needs to be onsite 3 days/ week
Qualifications:
  • Education: BS or BA
  • Total years of Experience: 8-10 years in Project Management.

Required skills:
  • Candidate must have 3 years of Microsoft Project Planning experience and an understanding of interdependencies.
  • Should understand marketing/commercial environments (preferably in pharmaceuticals/healthcare)
  • Should have strong skills in Microsoft Suite of Office products (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

Highly Preferred Skills.:
  • Proficient in Agile Project Management Methodology
  • Understanding and experience with Viva Vault
  • Experience working with multiple cultures and individuals where English is a second language.

Background Preferred
  • Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biologics, Financial, Engineering, or work in regulated Environments.
  • Certification is Preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
  • Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
  • Creates, manages, and distributes project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.
  • Communicates routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing management, markets, and project team feedback.
  • Assists in creative development efforts by ensuring plans and creative briefs, project proposals, estimates, and schedules.
  • Interacts with various support groups within the company and external vendors.
  • Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including creative agency monitoring
  • Establishes key project criteria metrics.
  • Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan
  • Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and commercial operations.
  • Responsible for training, managing, and motivating the project team, as well as resolving team conflicts.
  • Resolves technical and operational issues as required.
