Accounting Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with financial statement preparation
- Experience with NetSuites or other accounting software systems
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory reporting requirements
- Previous experience in public accounting
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
