Job SummaryThe Treasury Analyst is responsible for financial reporting and analysis in the conduct of daily treasury activities. These include reporting and tracking of cash movements, intercompany loans, dividends, and certain other cash flow items. This role is also responsible for the preparation and analytics of certain items for plan and forecasts as well as for providing support for financial risk management (hedging).
Primary Duties & Responsibilities- Conducts planning and forecasting activities for bank fees, interest, and other budget items as needed.
- Provides FX forecasts, SOFR rates, and other Bloomberg reporting as needed.
- Completes monthly reports to support cash receipt/ disbursement forecast model.
- Tracks and analyzes debt and interest activity for Treasury Management.
- Performs back up support for the Associate Cash Manager.
- Performs the global intercompany loan process including amendments, new loans, and monthly reporting.
- Assists in analysis of monthly working capital and cash flow results.
- Supports other department processes as needed (bank forms, check deposits, etc.).
- Manages all Spring CM documentation for the Treasury Department.
- Monitor compliance with SOX, internal controls, company policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
- Must have good project management skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize in a fast changing environment
- Must have strong analytical skills and follow through.
- Must have excellent organization skills.
- Must have strong problem resolution skills.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and BFC strongly preferred.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
