*Offering a $3,000 bonus!*   Location: Methuen, MA – Bright Futures (program for adolescent males)   Pay rate: $23.00-$25.00/per hour depending on experience.   Schedule: 2 Openings  1.) Wednesday 1pm-9pm  Thursday, Friday 3pm-11pm Saturday 9am-11pm 2.) Sunday 9am-11pm Monday, Tuesday 3pm-11pm Wednesday 1pm-11pm     Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement 401k with company contribution  Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment  Qualifications: Two to four years or equivalent experience with at-risk youth preferred. Ability to assess a situation independently and deal with youth emergency and crisis situations. Maturity and problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively and authoritatively are essential qualities of the position. Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The Shift Supervisor or "Recovery Specialist III" is responsible for: Maintaining primary responsibility for the safety and security of residents and staff on the assigned shift. Ensuring that behavior management protocols are applied consistently. Overseeing Recovery Specialist I and Recovery Specialist II personnel. Maintaining the orderliness of the program milieu by ensuring adherence to structure and schedules. Working mandatory overtime to meet program needs.   *CA *CB
