Location: Haverhill, MA - but travel will be required to other towns within the region. mileage is reimbursed.  Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm Pay Rate: $60,486 annually   Benefits: Health/dental/vision/disability insurances 401k with company match up to 7% Paid time off Tuition reimbursement options Discounts on a variety of nationwide events, travel and entertainment  Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate degree in a related field is preferred. Two years of experience in in administrative role, preferably a leadership role in a healthcare setting preferred. Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel required   The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for: Providing operational support to the Outpatient Regional Executive Director and the Outpatient Program Director. Coordinating the Quality Improvement Process. Ensuring operations are running efficiently and tracking outcomes. Providing technical and operational assistance to Admissions and Clinic Office Coordinator staff. Traveling between all assigned regional outpatient programs regularly and as needed for operational support: Haverhill, Saugus. Waltham, Weymouth and Framingham.  *CA *CB
