Job SummaryProvides personal care assistance, instruction, and promotes independence and quality of life for residents. The Residential Aide also performs a variety of household tasks essential to the operation and cleanliness of multiple group homes.Essential Functions
Attends staff meetings, resident care conferences, and in-service education programs as assigned.
At times will research and develop a monthly calendar of community events.
Demonstrates knowledge of safety and infection control policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
