RN - Case Manager

Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Full-time Case Manager RN at Fort Belvoir's Fairfax Health Center in Fairfax, Virginia.

Position Highlights:

• Emphasis on work-life balance 
• Outpatient environment & updated facilities (not a remote position)
• No weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities 
• Monday-Friday (8-hour day shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Find the most appropriate medical resources and providing optimal care for the patient 
• Handle case assignments, review case progress, and determine case closure
• Help clients achieve wellness and autonomy
• Interact with clients and develop effective working relations with medical team
• Help clients with continuity of care for specialty services and home health needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited institution
• Current and valid RN state license
• Excellent knowledge of case management principles, healthcare management and insurance policies
• 1 year of RN experience (case management experience preferred)
• Active BLS certification
• US Citizen
