Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Health Educator

Location: Fallon, Nevada

Job Description:We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Health Educator to join our team in Fallon, Nevada. The RN Health Educator will play a key role in promoting wellness and educating patients on various health topics to improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health education programs tailored to meet the needs of patients.
• Provide one-on-one counseling and guidance to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify risk factors and educate patients on preventive measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Participate in community outreach programs and health fairs to promote health awareness.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in health education or patient counseling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
