Available shifts are:

Weekday: Swing Monday - Thursday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Weekday: Grave Monday - Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am

Weekend Grave: Friday - Sunday 7:00pm to 7:00 am

The pay range is $14 to $16 per hour, which includes quarterly bonus pay and potential shift differentials. The base hourly pay is $13/hour. Experienced Caregivers may qualify for a higher starting base pay.

We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team and provide compassionate care to individuals with disabilities. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, administering medications, providing emotional support, and more. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to individuals.
• Monitor and document individuals' progress towards goals.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for individuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
