What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Coordinator position at Spectrum Staffing Services?
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding for all hires across the company from front-to-back-end processes; ensure all documents are submitted in a timely manner
- Follow up efficiently and effectively with various team members both in the office and field to ensure timely processing of onboarding documents
- Respond to all onboarding inquiries from new hires, management, and operational teams and perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits
- Track all new hires, rehires, transfers, and promotions details and maintain tracker
- Draft offer, transfer, and promotion letters and obtain signoff approval
- Collect, share, and enter job requisitions into SuccessFactors HRIS system
- Manage multiple email alias mailboxes, forwarding emails appropriately
- Track and audit temporary workers (i.e. through staffing agencies, seasonal payroll temp help, etc.)
- Assist with compiling weekly vacancy reports and distribute to talent team
- Process and submit pre-employment background checks, reference checks, and drug screening using third party systems
- Lead the Employee Referral Program (process referrals, work with payroll to meet deadlines, etc.)
- Process vendor invoices through Basware invoice system
- Conduct compensation analysis using various online sources
- Run reports and archive job descriptions from Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage responses to reviews on external sites (i.e. Glassdoor, really, etc.) and escalate as necessary
- Schedule, organize interviews, and conference calls with potential candidates & talent team
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager and/ or VP with any ad hoc projects such as Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and/or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of prior HR experience in a similar role
- Able to multitask, work well independently, as well as in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of onboarding, recruiting, and legal aspects of hiring processes
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Ability to be proactive and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and writing skills
- Experience with SAP/Success Factors
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
