BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting VP’s and above by managing all aspects of their day-to-day activities, including schedule coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence handling, message management, and communication with internal and external contacts. Representing the company at the highest level, you will engage in frequent interactions with business leaders and employees. Additionally, you’ll excel in completing numerous special projects to enhance organizational effectiveness upon request.
WHAT OUR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS ENJOY MOST
- Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Managing supporting executives' correspondence, including e-mails, phone calls, letters, and visitors.
- Answering routine and some complex inquiries and obtaining and furnishing information on behalf of supporting executives.
- Prioritizing supporting executives' incoming communications to ensure they are aware of key issues.
- Preparing supporting executives for travel, public events, and speaking engagements by compiling relevant information and contributing content to the composition of presentations, speeches, or other correspondence.
- Organizing and preparing complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications.
- Acting as the supporting executives' resource for word processing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet application.
- Preparing and maintaining confidential information and data.
- Scheduling and maintaining the calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, and coordinating related arrangements.
- Performing a comprehensive event planning and coordination function, including determining attendees, the flow of information to attendees, equipment, staffing, catering, location, etc.
- Overseeing some administrative functions for the office.
- Performing other duties as requested by the supervisor.
As an administrator, your role will involve overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of an organization. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain organized systems. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively. Additionally, your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will enable you to interact with colleagues and clients professionally and build strong working relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
- Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
- Ability to type 60 wpm
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Executive Administration experience - 3 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of cable television products and services
- Knowledge of office procedures and the operation of standard office equipment (i.e., 10-key calculator, Dictaphone)
- Knowledge of organization policies and practices
- Solid expertise in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The pay for this position has a salary range of $27.50 to $58.55. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
