As a Financial Analyst in our Finance organization, you’ll support the operational and financial planning and analysis needs of the Spectrum Reach team. In this role you will provide integrated analyses of financial and operational metrics as well as showing your expertise and understanding of the business units you will support. DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS
- Support the Spectrum Ad Sales Organization; actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Consolidates division weekly and monthly KPI’s and reporting as specific to division
- Assists in the prepration of operating revenue and expense forecasts and budgets
- Perform monthly review of financial statements and identify trends; prepare variance explanations and expense adjusting journal entries as needed.
- Prepare and review reports & other analysis as required to support account in achieving financial objectives
- Assists in the implementation of division policies and initiatives. Accountable for the execution of departmental processes and methodologies.
- Assist with accounts payable process
- Performing various other duties as assigned by a manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1 years of Financial Analysis experience
- Technical skills: Expert in Excel, Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Skills: Organized, Self-motivated, Analytical,
- Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communicator, Multi-tasker, Good time management skills, Provides an excellent customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Sales Force (SFDC), Hyperion Planning, and Alteryx
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
