The pay for this position has a minimum of $135,300.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead innovative and collaborative work teams
- Responsible for providing direction and leadership to the system technical department while maintaining system integrity and overseeing operations of the existing provisioning systems, purchasing, budgeting, staff development, business plan development, deployment of new products, and assisting with capital projects.
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Drive efficiency in managing provisioning fallouts including SCI and War room tickets
- Envision and promote automation to improve accuracy and performance
- Continue successful expansion of the DART project with enhanced scope and functionality thus improving the overall customer experience
- Develop operational analytics for metrics and reporting of provisioning systems
- Envision and manage improved analytics
- Manage all technical operations at the system level to maintain the integrity of the operating environments and assure quality and consistency of all services to end users.
- Provide technical support and direction to all locations regarding new or existing technologies, operational standards, and staff development.
- Coordinate preparation of the capital and operating budget process and monitor activity throughout the year to ensure capital and operating expenses are controlled according to the budgeted plan to meet or exceed annual cash flow, including negotiating with contractors and vendors to achieve bids within budget.
- Monitor current procedures and tests performed in accordance with FCC standards to insure compliance with Charter standards.
- Monitor and review system material management procedures, and security to insure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in application development and operations
- Minimum nine (9) years of Engineering and Operations Management experience
- Minimum five (5) years of Project Management experience
- Exceptional leadership and technical skills familiar with cable technologies and fulfillment and service delivery systems for large complex ecosystems.
- Thorough technical understanding of the design, architecture and implementation of COTS products for provisioning and activation (Oracle technologies and databases, WebLogic, AWS, Kubernetes, Hadoop)
- Demonstrated understanding of DevOps principles having a track record of transforming organizations
- Solid foundation and technical understanding of databases, algorithms and design patterns
- Possess a deep technical knowledge of UI/UX development, HTML5, CSS3, and API development
- Strong business acumen having the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams to achieve results
- Knowledge of all FCC and other government agencies compliance reports, rules and regulations
- Ability to operate customer facing production services at web scale, 24/7/365
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward and professional manner
- Possess effective communications skills including presentation skills
- Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
- Analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize multiple projects and tasks effectively
- Strategic and Organizational Agility
- SCTE/BCTE certification or equivalent
