Retail Sales Specialist - $20.00 per hour, plus commission and incentives!

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Store Specialist, you’ll be an important member of the retail sales team. In this role, you serve as a subject matter expert of Spectrum products and services and use your personable sales skills to promote and sell all products to existing and new customers. Our Store Specialists ensure a thriving culture of customer care that exists at each store location, while interacting face-to-face with customers who rely on their subject matter expertise to map their needs to the high-performing products and services that Spectrum offers.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: High School diploma or equivalent
• Education: 1 year(s) of customer services/sales experience
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer use and software applications, mobile devices, video platforms
• Skills: Communication, strategic, professionalism, detail-oriented
• Abilities: Ability to work a flexible work schedule, travel to multiple work locations as needed, handle a physically demanding job, adhere to Spectrum’s professional appearance and dress code policy

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales/Customer Service experience (3-5years)
• Telecommunications/wireless experience (1-3 years)
• Experience working inside a destination-style shopping environment (1 years)
