TITLE: Sr. Project Manager
LOCATION: Maryland Heights, MO
JOB SUMMARY: Manage complex information technology projects across multiple business units. Escalate and communicate with executive leadership regarding high sensitivity project issues. Monitoring Information Technology projects utilizing Waterfall Project Management methodology, including requirements and documentation gathering, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including people in leadership roles including Directors and VPS. Reconcile timelines and guide teams and technical architects. Communicate clearly, persuasively, and assertively on timelines. Utilize analytical skills to convert technical requirements into business language. Take ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the work assigned. Present solutions and problems to Sr. Leadership succinctly. Manage financial details and project spending and present it to the financial department. Act as a change manager. Manage scrums and use Agile to manage smaller projects. Manage Software delivery using Oracle UIM. Manage delivery with the CSG Billing System. Manage, coordinate, and develop software using OSM. Utilize Service Activation Systems experience to develop software plans using Backoffice Technologies and Cartridge development using Exadata and UIM. Schedule tasks and plan tasks for CORPortal (Customer Operations Reporting Portal), CCC (Customer Communication Center) and WFX(Workforce Express) using MS Projects. Launch software using the SODI EDI. Manage and develop migration scripts from ICOMS to CSG and launching them for the various SPAs.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience managing Information Technology projects utilizing Waterfall Project Management methodology. 3 years of experience managing scrums and using Agile to manage smaller projects. 2 years of experience in the following: managing Software delivery using Oracle UIM; managing delivery with the CSG Billing System; managing, coordinating, and developing software using OSM; in Service Activation Systems experience developing software plans using Backoffice Technologies and Cartridge development using Exadata and UIM; scheduling tasks and planning tasks for CORPortal (Customer Operations Reporting Portal), CCC(Customer Communication Center) and WFX (Workforce Express) using MS Projects; launching software using the SODI EDI; and managing and developing migration scripts from ICOMS to CSG and launching them for the various SPAs. A hybrid (in office and remote work) arrangement is available.
