Clinic Sanitation and Maintenance Day Porter

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Clinic Sanitation and Maintenance Day Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance of three facility locations. This role requires superior professionalism, strong management skills, and the ability to collect detailed data and information for analysis of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene conditions within the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards across all facilities.

• Assess and update the inventory of cleaning materials, communicating effectively with vendors for replenishment.

• Develop and implement safety and hygiene precautions.

• Conduct ongoing training with clinical staff to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation practices.

• Disinfect therapy equipment and areas throughout the day to minimize the spread of germs.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and weekly laundry.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with the potential to lead and manage additional team members.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word,  and technical use of computer systems.

• Ability to produce professional communication emails/memos to executive leadership, directors, and clinical team members.

• Meet Monthly with the executive leadership team to review, update, or change cleaning and sanitation protocol as needed.

• Thorough and tenacious approach to cleanliness and sanitation.

Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent 

• Driver's License.

• Successful completion of background and drug tests.

• Three professional references.

• Ability to lift 40-45lbs, stand for extended periods, bend down, kneel, and maintain good vision.
