What You Bring:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
- Experience in a skill trade area preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair & maintain physical structures, equipment, and systems at various locations
- Use hand tools, power tools, replacement parts and procedures to complete assigned work tasks
- Utilize outside contractors to complete repairs as needed
