Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of couriers to optimize delivery routes.
Manage administrative tasks, including invoicing, payroll, and data entry.
Liaise with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support a productive environment.
Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve processes.
Assist in recruitment and training of new office personnel.
Prepare reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or a related field.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus 5 years of experience.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Previous experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus.
