Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supporting Spirit Merchandising, Licensing, Design & Product Development.
- Maintain daily calendars and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements following company guidelines
- Handle confidential information and communications with discretion
- Proactively support area staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage office supply orders
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Collaborative team player
