What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation PM/SME position at Spencer Thomas?
Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Implementation project management team .
Responsibilities:
Experience with being a client side project manager, the client is looking for someone with a solid HRIS/HCM/Project Mgr expertise. This PM role would work very closely with the client's internal PMO org and keep all things moving in the right direction..
Required Qualification(s):
This PM role requires strong overall guidance and PM knowledge.
Implementation Project Manager Experience in the HCM space, a plus if they have been involved in ADP NextGen HCM implementations.
Testing, Validation, implementation support from end to end. Deep subject matter knowledge and eperience in all aspects of the HCM /HRIS implementation.
Ability to help existing payroll team with this new implementation. This client is leaving UKG and moving to ADP's nextGen HCM solution.
Preferred Qualification(s):
HCM/HRIS implementation experience.
Subject Matter Expert in HCM/HRIS Project Mgt.
Experience with moving off of UKG and onto another HCM solution is a plus, especially if it is ADP NextGen.
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of 6/24/24 with an initial duration through 4/25/25 , with the possibility of extending.
