Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating tasks associated with our internal maintenance department. Daily responsibilities include:
- Gather necessary information on resident work orders
- Assist with scheduling work orders
- Communicate status updates to residents about work orders
- Follow up on the completion of work orders and organize any outstanding tasks
- Assist with scheduling sub-contractors and external parties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
- Proficiency in Office suite products
- Salesforce preferred
