The Speech Pathology Group (SPG), one of the most respected therapy practices in California, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work with students with Autism and related disabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans
- Work with students using ABA to reduce challenging behaviors and increase replacement behaviors
- Collect data
- Support parents, teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree Preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
- Must have Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, 1 year (Preferred)
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work with students in-person
- Bilingual Spanish skills a plus!
Benefits:
- Salary - $21.00 - $27.00 per hour (includes daily in-home stipend) depending on experience and education
