Salary: $18 - 20 per hour none

The Screen Printing Associate will create custom apparel through the manipulation of a variety of inks to create unique designs, logos, and messaging for the business. This is a fulltime position, 5 days per week. Some overtime may be required.

Responsibilities:

Clean screens and prepares templates
Prepare and create adjustments to artwork to scale of the product
Mix and load a variety of inks
Maintain screen printing equipment
Dry and fold screen printed items
Cross-training in other areas of the Custom Apparel Department

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Skills:

Regularly required to stand for long periods of time, move about the custom area of

the warehouse, and push, pull, and lift in excess of 50 pounds, including lifting above
shoulder level

Regularly required to use hands and fingers to feel, touch, or handle objects,

equipment, and tools and reach with hands and arms

Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision,

color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

Timely attendance and strong work ethic
Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and artistic eye for detail
Open to learning new skills and processes that support the business
High level of integrity with a strong sense of accountability
